		<description>Hmmmm... I'm not sure, exactly. just to be safe, have you tried making sure that the volume is set properly for the built-in speaker? Can anyone hear you when using the phone? Finally, does the speakerphone option work at all?

I'd try checking those things first. Then, I'd go ahead and take it in to a Sprint store. You might try calling your nearest one first, to see if they have a repair techician at that location (they don't all have one). If you have their equipment protection plan, the repair should be free, otherwise you'll have to spend some money to have the problem diagnosed, but if you end up having them fix it or replace the unit, they should apply the charge to the repair or replacement cost.
